  1. Where is Parkland Reserve?
    Parkland Reserve is located on the northeast corner of Nob Hill Road and Trails End. The property extends east to Pine Island Road and north to the intersection of Pine Island Road and Nob Hill Road.

  2. What types of homes will be built at Parkland Reserve?
    Parkland Reserve will initially feature single family homes.

  3. What will the prices be at Parkland Reserve?
    This brand-new collection of single family homes are expected to be priced from the mid $300s.

  4. When will I be able to purchase a home at Parkland Reserve?
    The Parkland Reserve sales office is expected to open on-site in early 2009. The single family homes will be available for sale at that time.

  5. When will I be able to move to Parkland Reserve?
    Our first single family home occupancies are anticipated to be mid-Summer 2009.

  6. Will there be any amenities within the community?
    In addition to the amenities that are available in the immediate area, Parkland Reserve single family homeowners will have the ability to add a pool to their home at the time of purchase.

  7. What are the single family homes like?
    The single family homes at Parkland Reserve are brand new designs.  There will be a choice of five different models, each with a choice of three elevations.  One and two-story designs are planned and will have 3 to 5 bedrooms with a loft and up to 4 full baths in addition to a 2- or 3-car garage.
     
  8. Will I be able to customize my new home?
    The single family homes at Parkland Reserve will offer several pre-determined structural options.  Each purchaser will be able to personalize their new home at The Centerline Homes Design Galley, conveniently located in Coral Springs.
     
  9. How can I finance my new home?
    Centerline Homes works with some of the areas leading mortgage lenders.  Because each purchaser has different loan requirements, we have selected firms that offer a variety of mortgage programs and excellent customer service
