Nationally-acclaimed Builder magazine has selected Centerline Homes to build three exciting Show Homes for the IBC (International Builders’ Conference), in February 2012. The location will be a Centerline Homes’ neighborhood within the Eagle Creek Country Club community in the Lake Nona area of Orlando. Each of the three show homes has been designed to appeal to a different segment of the home buying public, including; Generation X, Generation Y and the Baby Boomers. The floor plans, designed by Woodley Architectural Group of Denver, question traditional room functions and placements and present living-space configurations for 2012 and beyond. Canin Associates of Orlando is also involved in the planning.
